Ed, Dave and Mike were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced my hot water heater in no time. They got there earlier than expected and took care of evertyhing quickly and efficiently. The installation was done very cleanly and my utility closet looks very neat. I am very pleased with the prompt and efficient level of service I have received from Woolley Home Solutions. They are always my first call as they provide excellent service at a fair price

Recently reached out to the company to put in a service request, Stephanie answered my call and at first was cordial but after a quick hold, she came back extremely hostile and rude. Not sure what I had said or made her feel that way but she refused to even entertain the idea of sending someone out to even look at my problem. (perhaps there is a company policy that I was not informed) I was extremely taken aback by that call and ever since have an extremely bad impression of the company.
Prior to this call, I had an difficult time in getting details or answers to any sort of plans or services - even as new customers they weren't really "open" or "inviting", I was really understanding and figured to be patient.
I hope others won't have or encounter the same experience, but let my experience be a warning. Shout out to Sheri and Art for being professional and awesome!
