Ed is the best repair man in the business. We have a boiler for a hot water system. It still uses oil. He always knows what is wrong and keeps the house at the farm running. He has kept us afloat for many years. Great and an excellent repairman. A pleasure to have there.

From the first visit, we received professional and quality service. The team treated our home with care and even made repairs outside of the scope of work. Art was WONDERFUL! He called before he arrived to give me his ETA. When he arrived, he let me know he was vaccinated but would be wearing a mask and wore booties over his shoes when he was inside. It was so nice that I didn’t have to ask him to do any of those things. We just bought our house and wanted our HVAC checked. He took the time to explain to me everything that he was doing, showed me how everything worked and answered my questions. He was so respectful, knowledgeable and kind. We really appreciated him!

I had an appointment sceheduled for them to come out and give me an estimate on converting my oil heating system to natural gas. I sat and waited for them and no one showed. After waiting for 15 minutes with no word or update I called the office. They told me the guy was here and he was knocking on the door. That is a lie considering I am home, but I asked the receptionist why didn't the person call. She said she does not know! Smh! Don't waste your time dealing with them! Why would you not call your scheduled appt and why did it take me calling to get some type of update.

Art and Craig did a fantastic job at repairing our AC unit that was not working on top of general maintenance and cleaning. Very patient explaining what the issues were and explaining how my system operates (just bought new house and it was great that they took the time to explain my system which will help expedite any future maintenance I may need). I have been a Woolley customer since moving to South Orange more than 20 years ago. They always provide reliable and personable service, as one would expect from a family business. Looking back at the tickets of the last several years, their technician Craig has almost always been the one servicing my account. Craig does a great job--calls ahead to make sure it's a good time to visit--and is efficient and always helpful in his recommendations. He's a nice guy, too. We see each other once a year and always start by catching up on how our families are doing.
