Service Professionals

This is the first time using Service Professionals since they purchased our air conditioning vendor last year. We were very impressed with the level of service our technician, Joe, provided. He arrived on time, explain to us exactly what he's going to do, kept us informed along the way and went over what he did when he was finished. Joe is the consummate professional and with over 20 years experience he knew what he was doing. We thought the cost was reasonable for the work done. We currently have plumbers and electricians we are happy with but we will consider using some of Service Professionals other technicians in the future.

The service technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He did not "talk down" to me because I am a woman. He explained procedures, approaches, options. I felt extremely comfortable with Service Professionals handling my plumbing issues. A big "thank you"!

True to their name, Service Professionals provided the needed service in a professional (and timely!) manner. Tom Chiacchia quickly diagnosed the problem of a bad sensor, had the replacement part on his truck, and had our A/C unit up and running within 40 minutes of arriving. We were especially grateful as it was one of the hottest days of the summer.

Installed a high velocity heat pump system in our 150 year old house. The install crew was on time and professional, and overall did a great job. Highly recommend if you are looking for A/C installation in an old home.

Our technician came out to service our two air conditioning units… Pointed out two issues with each unit that we will have addressed by PSE and G since we have the service contracts on the units… Glad that we have the plan to keep an ion things… Our technician was very polite and very thorough and explaining everything that we needed to have done. could not ask for a better technician…
