In all the years I’ve needed them the coke same day. They are extremely professional and they work with the customer to make sure the job gets completed in a timely manner.

Great response time came for service the next day. Chris M. was professional and eased all our concerns. Highly recommend.

Work was done efficiently and room was vacuumed clean when done. Only complaint was they arrived an hour after the window of time they had given us and we were not informed by the office or electrician that they were running late.

From the sales process all the way through the installation the team was a pleasure to work with. They came on time walked me through what was done and left the work space even cleaner than when they arrived.

These guys are awesome and go above and beyond to deliver excellent service. They explain everything, take pictures, are thorough and truly care about making customers happy. Definitely recommend!

The electrician did. It solve the issue and the plumber that was sent last week also gave us unsatisfactory service. Very disappointed and we do not think we will refer any of our friends to Service professionals.

Although I am still in the discovery phase of the project, my experience thus far has been very positive. A decision will be made in the next few and the office will be advised at that time.

Maurice did an incredible job fixing our furnace and explaining every step he took and why we had issues with the furnace firing properly. The company has been super helpful and friendly every step of the way from my initial outreach.

I also had the electricians install our EV charger and they were superb. Walked us through everything and left the install sites spotless. These guys are worth every penny!

Had to get a boiler replaced, that became a boiler and water heater. Guy who did the estimate said it needed a new chimney collar as well, when the installers came out they said it didnt (it didnt), but they put it on the invoice anyway because they dont pay attention to details. The boiler can be sold with a device that monitors the fill level, and they sell it, but the guy who did the quote didnt mention it. The installers did, but by then we needed heating installed. Now we will have to pay to have it done and it will cost more than if they did it themselves. Sent us paperwork to have the inspection done, and provided the wrong number for getting it scheduled (literally gave us the number for the wrong town). When I called and spoke to the permit coordinator she blamed the website she got it from. No ownership of problems. No accountability. No attention to detail. Will not be using them again.

Yeah, so below they say looking into it. Said the same thing to my message on FB. Havent heard from them yet.

Two days more from my last post. Still nothing. Stay away from this place, there are scores of plumbing and heating companies. No reason to deal with a company like this that has no concern about customer service, just wants the appearance of customer service.
