CBM Heating & Air Conditioning

I woke up to no heat on a freezing morning. With 4 kids and pets this was worrisome! I called early on a Sunday morning and they had someone at my house by 9am. The repairman Carl was kind, quick, thorough. I highly recommend this company.

Couldn't be happier with the service. Matt from CBM arrived, was very professional and friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, helped me understand what was causing the problem and what was needed to fix the issue and the approximate cost. After completing the repair, Matt walked me through the invoice and answered any questions I had. Highly recommended!

I called to ask about servicing a water heater and they came out the following day to check on it. The crew was on time and figured out the problem within a few minutes. The owner, Carl, called me later that day to make sure everything went okay and I was happy with the service. I would highly recommend CBM to anyone looking for a reputable company and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Took over a month to schedule an estimate, waited multiple weeks for a proposal which I tried following up on and was assured would be sent the following day, never sent one, clearly don’t care and I did not even need a loan had money readily available in full just wanted ac installed in my house. The technician Matt, basically had the problem of my heater diagnosed before he had even examined it. He explained the problem in detail, repaired the issue and examined the rest of the unit to insure it’s safe and effective operation. I would recommend this business unconditionally.

The CBM serviceman were nice, But the pricing and tests that had to run were alittle unfair. I informed the company what has been happening to my A/C system for the past two years, and they were not able to figure my issue out. I was charged for service calls for both days they had to come to my home, after I told them there was not a leak in my system, and did not find a leak. They charged me for labor and every single thing used, which was definitely over priced. I paid over $1100 dollars for them to run tests that I've said have been ran already, and add freon. And still not a guarantee it hold up. But A/C is working for now.

I have used this company for my heating and air conditioning needs for years, and have always been more than satisfied. I just reached out to them for my rather unique dryer vent cleaning needs, and once again, they were amazing! Carl and his entire staff have always taken the time to listen to my concerns and needs, and are always accommodating to my scheduling needs. They are friendly and courteous. A very special shout out to Matt, who arrived to clean out my dryer vent; not only was he courteous, friendly, patient, and professional, but was so conscientious about being sure that my vents were completely clear before he left. He took the time to answer my many questions and concerns, and always had a smile on his face. Thank you!

This is a wonderful company! They have a very caring crew. My heater was not working on a Friday, I called this company late morning and someone was sent early afternoon. The tech did not have the needed part on the truck. This company went above and beyond and overnighted the part and installed it the next day! I will certainly call them again if I need anything else fixed. The prices were very reasonable as well.

Our technician Matt arrived very fast and was able to diagnose and repair our a.c. unit quickly 1.5 hours from start to finish. We had a great interaction with him and now our a.c. works again!! Very professional, would highly recommend.

CBM replaced my water heater today. What a great job they did! It was a complicated project: an over-size heater located in my basement. They accomplished it quickly, efficiently with no problems, the same manner they also replaced my heating/air conditioning system a few months back. All employees were polite and professional working in my home, it was a pleasure to have them there. I am fortunate to have quality workmanship available here in my hometown.
