CBM Heating & Air Conditioning

We are very happy with this duct cleaning service, both heater and return vents. The techs came in with their machine, put on shoe covers and went to work attacking all of the vents in the house. An hour later all of the vent access areas were cleaned from the work performed and the house was smelling great from the air freshener left in the ducts. The house is breathing easier now and so are we. Thank you CBM!

They answered my call after 5pm on a Saturday, and scheduled service call for the next day on a Sunday morning, diagnosed the problem and everything was fixed within an hour.

The company owner got back to me within a couple of hours to give us an appointment the following morning. Mike the technician was
on time, courteous, and thorough.

We have a 2-zone system, and the downstairs unit was taking too long to cool down 2 degrees.

Mike made sure that both units were working at full capacity. The problem may lie in the downstairs unit being a half-ton undersized for the amount of space to cool. He suggested lowering the temperature for the upstairs unit to alleviate some of the strain. That has helped a bit.

CBM is a highly professional HVAC company. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of their field. CBM always responds to your phone calls, and they will never leave you stranded during an emergency. This company is easy to reccomend.

We woke up Sunday morning to the air conditioner not working. Carl was awesome, had someone to our house within 2 hours of the call and the technician diagnosed and fixed the problem within 35 minutes. called CBS about 4:30 in the afternoon on a day of 98 degree heat.never thought I would get someone to come out. Was told they would call me back. Carl called and said he would get someone out .Larry showed up about 15 min.later.He found the problem right away and fixed it in 15 min.thank you so much Carl and Larry. You will be the only company I will call or recommend in the future.
