We had our hot water heater installed by IDEAL HVAC through Lowes. The quote ended up being a little less than what I was told originally. When they came to install it, Kenneth came to the house and got everything done. He was super cool and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what he had to do to get it up to code.
I'd definitely use them again if I need anymore HVAC needs.

My husband and I are so thankful to have went with this company for our AC replacement needs. The former swamp cooler we had was very old and needed a whole revamp. The staff was amazing at replacing our whole system in a professional and timely manner. Great prices too which allowed for this much needed project to happen. Paul greeted me he told me what he was going to do and he checked in with me after he checked my air conditioner and cleaned it properly, went in the attic and it was 100 degree’s outside, and he checked all the lines for leaks and put coolant. In the ac. He cleaned up after himself and I’m very pleased with his work and mannerisms. Thank you. And Thank you Paul. We are pleased with the outcome.

Kenneth was awesome. My situation called do much patience. Lost hot water heater, wrong hot water heater, loading and unloading, driving…a hot mess, pun intended. Throughout he remained in contact with me, knowledgeable and above all PATIENT!! IDeal HVAC is a wonderful company whose main objective is the client. Out of several places I dealt with for getting my water heater replaced this was the most reasonably priced (below $3K) with others going between $3K-$5K. Talking with Charlie to set this all up was the least stressful of all the places I called and he put up with all my questions and was very friendly the whole time. They were able to get my water heater installed the next day with a very friendly and professional plumber Kenneth. He took the time to walk me through what he was going to do and how to maintain and operate my new water heater. They have definitely gained future business with me. Great job!

Paul was super friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. The issues were not entirely fixed, but the professional is still working on figuring how to solve my problem.

Fast response to our old mini split dying after a power surge. They were able to replace it with a much better model within 5 days! Good clean up afterward too.

Installed new 40 gal water heater. Kenneth was the installation tech and you should be very proud of hiring an intelligent, efficient and polite young man. I am so pleased with his diligence and professionalism. I am now going to use your company for the swamp cooler 2xper year conversions.
