I-Deal was extremely professional in every step of the process, from spec'ing out my new water heater, quoting the job, scheduling, and installation. After just a couple of days, my new water heater was installed. Purchasing, disposing the old water heater and getting new one installed was an expensive proposition; however, they managed to save me about $1,000 in the process.
