Faith in customer service and professionalism restored. Let’s be honest customer service went out the door with Covid. At least that has been our experience until we worked Mo Manny and their “IDEAL” (pun intended) team. They were fair, responsive, honest, and efficient. They had to engineer a complicated design to install a new HVAC system in an old home. Not only did they pull through on that, they also saved us when we encountered an unexpected and unrelated plumbing emergency. They addressed it quickly and helped us find the appropriate contractors to take care of the secondary problems like flooring. Their standards for their workmanship and final product are extremely high which is very much appreciated. If you ever find yourself looking for an HVAC specialist look no further because you would be foolish to chose anyone other than I-deal.

David was right on time and was extremely helpful and professional. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing, answered every question I had regarding my new hot water heater, and got the job done in a very time efficient manner.Couldn’t have had a better experience with him and I-deal HVAC. Would highly recommend their services.

I am so impressed with the level of customer service, the clean and meticulous work, and the excellent price point of I-deal HVAC. I asked for a quote for a water softener yesterday afternoon and they had sent me options, quotes, and scheduled the installation by that evening. They were patient with our questions and so kind!

They came during there scheduled window. Tech was very professional. He did a great job. Check and cleaned my roof air conditioners. I will be using them again.

Paul was fantastic! Came out on a Sunday to replace a broken hot water heater. He was professional and got the job done quickly and smoothly. Also, a big shout out to Francisco who helped get this all arranged within 24 hrs!!! Great folks!!! Great company!!!

I bought a new swamp cooler from IDEAL HVAC last summer. They did a very professional install & the unit worked well. They did the change over in the fall and started up the swamp cooler this week. Kenneth did the cooler start up & was thorough & professional.

My water heater went out they got to me fast and did an amazing job. Kenneth was my tech he was very friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous. Will definitely be using them going forward.
