Excellent service, great employees who are very knowledgeable. They also install generators and heat pumps-- they have done both for me and I've been very happy with the work and with their ongoing service. Anna is outstanding, and so is Kenny, Tess, and Bob.

The excellent service started with my early morning phone call right through the technician arriving on time and completing and checking the repair. I highly recommend Heatwave.

I called Heatwave to have my central AC repaired, had used them previously for a furnace repair. Jake was our tech, he is very knowledgeable, professional, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. It's always great when the needed part is on the truck! I will contact them when it is time to replace my existing equipment.

Very happy with our relationship with Heatwave. They installed our system 8 years ago and we haven't had an issue yet. We figured with the expiration of our parts warranty approaching, so it was time to sign up for the annual maintenance plan. Our technician, Rob, showed up on time, answered all of my questions and explained what they were doing throughout the inspection. Very professional!

Their team is very responsive and professional. They came out quickly on one occasion to fix my A/C when the heat was dangerously high. I have used them on many occasions and will continue to use them. I used them again to service my furnace. Anna did a wonderful job. I’m very pleased. AGAIN

Tessa Sweeney was wonderful!! She is intelligent, hard working, pleasant to work with, very professional, does her job well and appears to love what she does. You are very lucky to have her working in your business. It’s wonderful that you now have female staff doing the job that only men did before!!! I applaud you for that! Hopefully she will get some of the extra training that I know your men get! These men are also well trained and professional as was Tessa.I would give her 10 stars!!!
