This visit, they came out same day and replaced a part that repaired the air conditioner. Parts are very expensive compared to wholesale prices, so it was a costly repair, but very thankful for a professional, quick repair. Our system is uncommon, so glad to have a company familiar with it!

They installed a new air conditioner and everything works great! They were professional— the installers were friendly, did quality work, and communication was great too. Overall a nice experience and I’d highly recommend them.

We dealt with salesperson Brian Kistner, office specialist Melinda and the installers. Brian did a thorough assessment of my home and then explained what heating system, AC, thermostat, and vents/ducts would be best for my home. He was very knowledgeable about every product we discussed. He was outstanding! My wife spoke with Melinda and she took care of all our rebates, furnace filter requests and question about our new system. She was outstanding as well!
The installers arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable, personable and professional.

Had an issue with my furnace Saturday night right in the middle of the blizzard. I knew a tech could not come out. But, Melinda, who was on call had a couple of suggestions. It worked.
Then Robin followed up on Christmas day in the morning checking to see if I needed a tech. Fortunately I did not. Then Robin checked in one more time Monday.
Awesome service and follow up in case I still needed help. Top notch!!
