Total Comfort is the absolute best. They arrived weeks before everyone else could, in fact, within 24 hours! They educated me and made some repairs on gas lines while I made the decision to replace my furnace, AC, and tankless water heater. They helped me with financing and even a grant. Installation was perfect; they even came back to cut a stone that was under the AC unit. I couldn't be happier. Also recommended to a friend who they also helped with a repair the same day, others were a week or two out. For a furnace in the middle of winter! I used them previously, and they educated me and saved me thousands! Truly the best!

Called for concern, no heat. Had an appointment next day. Staff was very respectful, personable and courteous. With a little trial and error, furnace back up and running. Thank you so much!! Would definitely use them again!

Kenneth came to our house, and did not even make an attempt to see what was wrong with our gravity heater. Instead proceeded to quote us on ductless. We plan to go ductless in the future, but funny enough I still have not recieved a quote 4 days later which is quite ridiculous seeing as I didn't have heat. My father ended up fixing our heat himself and needless to say I will go with someone else for ductless in the spring.

I had called about 10 places before calling Total Comfort. Nobody else was able to come the same day. The other heating company that we would normally use, said it would be next Tuesday and today was Thursday. Furnace was making a banging noise. When calling, I stressed that we are looking for service today. We can’t be without heat as my 83 year old mom lives with me. She said they would be here today and couldn’t promise a time. I had doubts that I would get a call. After lunch, Dave called and was on his way. He was awesome, very friendly and professional. I will keep their number on hand just in case we need them.

We spent $1200 on necessary parts but I was disappointed when I had to pay for a service call for $96 a couple of weeks later when the newly installed part had to be serviced.
