Universal Heating and Cooling Company

It's nice to know if I have a problem with my heating or cooling, Universal is always there. I called them the other day and within a couple hours Mike was there to figure out what the problem was.

They do a very good job .had them install and clean furnace and hot water tank.we have been doing business for years .they do not leave until you are completely satificed.Iwould call them anytime!!!!!!!!

I've been with Universal Heating over 20yrs,only once they did a no show,am still with them,Mary calls you when its time for your annual cleaning,& sometimes there discounts.

They came out to estimate my sister in laws furnace and look at the motor which was not running. Took parts and wouldn’t return them without payment even though they did not repair the furnace. Never got the parts even after paying. Stay away

Charged $115 for the two filters. I think it is a rip off it is easily available by any vendor for $65. The installation was extra
