I live in North Carolina and so was unable to get to my 86 year old mother's house to check on the A.C. Mike came right away and did a great job. He called me right away to let me know what was wrong and quickly repaired the AC. I was able to pay his reasonable price over the phone from North Carolina. I would reccomend him to anyone.
I needed to call him the following day,my moms water heater went out. 2 days in a row. Bad luck for me, but so glad I found Mike and ASM. He came out again and did a great, professional job and was able to work out a way to pay since I am in North Carolina. Again if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I found this business on Google. I went by the reviews and because of that I feel obligated to post my review. I just bought my house and was having issues with my central air. Paul explained that to come out there was a service fee of about $100 whether they fix my unit or not. He said he’s been in the business for about 16 years. He walked in my house with his worker and both looked so young so I knew something wasn’t right but I needed help. They looked at my unit, and proceeded to tell me that I need to replace the furnace, the hvac system and it would cost me upwards of 10k!! The unit is brand new and so is the furnace. He kept saying it’s too small for the house. My husband decided we needed a second opinion. Then of course came the $100 bill for this analysis and we paid him. Long and behold, we got a second opinion from a guy we used at our old house. He looked at my house system and within 5 minutes determined that this house was once 2 zoned and dampers were removed during construction that the prior owners did and they need to be installed again to force the air upstairs. Let’s just say for the $1400 repair (not $10k plus) that Paul and his guy were saying, my house is an icebox on a 90 degree day.

These guys have no real experience and if I knew that, I wouldn’t have agreed to $100 waste of my call to check my system out.

I recently installed a smart Thermostat myself and for the past month heating was working fine, yesterday the weather got so hot I turned the thermostat to COOL but the condenser wouldn't turn on, I knew it was something wrong with the wiring I did, I spent hours trying to figure out the wiring and eventually gave up. I found ASM online and gave them a call, the guy said he will come and take a look at it, within the hour he came with his buddy and them two found the issue within minutes. They were quick, professional and it was job well done.

After coming home to find out my AC stopped working, I called ASM Mechanical. This was the first time I used ASM Mechanical and I am very satisfied with my overall experience. After speaking with Mike over the phone, he came within the time frame he advised. Mike and Paul were able to quickly assess the problem with my AC unit and fixed it within the hour. Very professional and great service. Thanks again for your help. I would definitely recommend them.

Our HVAC system was poorly installed by Strong Brothers HVAC in Staten Island. We tried to fix last year with the other company which is more established than ASM, but they couldn’t and it broke down again this year. ASM got to the root of the problem and fixed it beautifully. The owner is knowledgeable and professional. He explained thoroughly and got the parts through our warranty. The price was reasonable. Honestly they are better than others with more reviews here. Highly recommended!!

My niece referred me to ASM after she used them for the first time last week. I called ASM for the first time on a Sunday evening. I received a call back within the hour. Mike arrived the next morning as promised. This was amazing esp given the hot temperature. Mike installed a new thermostat and checked the AC was running correctly. Very responsive and professional.

Great service, Paul and Qasim were very personable and professional. They understood the problem I was having and resolved it. I felt comfortable with them in my home. What I really appreciated is that they didn't try to push a new system. Which another service did. They also helped with an additional problem. Excellent experience. I was so pleased that I requested a maintenance contract quote.

In sweltering summer heat, the central air stopped working. Mike, from ASM Mechanical, answered my call at 10pm on a Sunday and was at my house within 30 minutes and my unit was repaired shortly after. Great service and very professional. I will be recommending ASM to any family or friends in need.

They came to my house last night when all the other companies said they couldn’t come and they fixed my air conditioning and I couldn’t be happier, definitely using them in the future.

Called ASM because my AC stopped working and they came out within an hour and got it back running. They were highly knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them as my HVAC team in the future.
