Mike was super friendly and professional. my ductless unit stopped working and he vetted the unit and asked me some questions, he determined a few solutions to fix the problem based on time and costs. i really appreciates his consideration. i am not an expert in ac units but he explained the problem in which i could understand and can make an informed decision.

These guys are incredibly reliable and I can always depend on them to take care of my business. They're extremely knowledgeable and have always found a solution for any issue I've had for them to consult. We have used them for multiple projects in our retail location and would highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and efficient work!

Mike and the guys at Asm are the man! My AC wasn’t working on a very hot, humid day.They came down within 20 min from my call! They diagnosed the issue right away which was a busted motor fan. They showed me the problem, gave me an estimate. They didn’t have the part on them but they immediately got it for me and came back and installed it. By far the best AC/Heating company I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend them. Once again Mike and the guys at Asm Thank You!

Quasim was great, he came by within an hour of me contacting him. Diagnosed my AC problem as electrical and had my system up and running in no time. He also took a peek at a problem I had with my heating system and made some adjustments for me saving me a future service charge!

I called ASM this morning, due to a noisy central AC compressor, and Qasim arrived within 30 minutes. He explained what caused the noise and the build-up of condensation on the unit (low refrigerant) and added refrigerant (after explaining the process and possibility that their is a leak in the compressor coil). Hopefully there isn't a leak in the compressor but, if there is, I'll be sure to call ASM again. Very informative and professional.

These guys were amazing they showed up at 1030pm and worked to 1am to get our ductless units working from a terrible installation where the units were never functioning!
