Our AC decided to freeze over last night and it being July- we were pretty concerned that we wouldn’t get anyone to help us out. Add to that I had established a contract with AirTron about a year ago but then lapsed the billing when our credit card was compromised at Christmas. One quick phone call this morning and they reinstated my account and send a technician even though they were fully booked! I talked to two different receptionists- both were very knowledgeable and polite, I had to call back twice because I need to grab my credit card info to reinstate my account and both times they answered quickly and knew exactly how to process my account and reach a technician (Alex). Alex inspected the unit and discovered that a motor in our fan was broken. My husband had heard some rattling through a vent a couple of days prior and so we were grateful to understand what the issue was. When Alex realized there were no compatible parts at the warehouse - he was able to quickly source a transition motor from another unit in the area while still keeping an order placed for the more compatible part that will be here later in the week. Their timeliness and resourcefulness definitely has given me a lot of faith in this company and I would definitely call them next time we have any issues. Thank you Alex!

If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't go with Airtron at all for anything. From the day we got our "new" HVAC there has been an issue and multiple technician calls. Have they replaced it. NO. Have we asked. YES. No one can seem to provide information as to who to speak with directly at corporate to get resolved and it's almost to the point of obtaining legal council. First week was low freon, then loud sound, then a part was replaced on a "new" unit, as soon as that was done an issue with maintaining temp, then told its two dampeners, then loss of AC. We've placed 2 emergency calls this week alone and no one has followed up or shown up. Supposed to be on the schedule for today and NOTHING. Issues with confirming appointments then being told we weren't on the schedule. The back and forth is crazy. This is a lot of money to have these type of issues. In the end, we'll do what needs yo be done. Do better for your customers.

Airtron was the heating/air conditioner contractor used by the builder when we moved into our home. We have used and been satisfied with the thoroughness and professionalism of the team. Thus, we decided to have them do our spring and fall maintenance for our unit. It was very easy to get an appointment, which was scheduled within a week of our call. Jon responded and was very pleasant and professional. He let us know what he would be doing for this visit, gave us some maintenance tips and even changed the batteries on our thermostats. He was extremely thorough and briefed us at the end of his visit. We were very pleased with the response time and service completed.

Mr. Alex came today to fix a pump on our air conditioning system. The first thing I noticed was his smile. It was beautiful. In short order, Alex had isolated the problems, removed the non-functioning parts, and installed new ones. He stayed until he was certain that the system was functioning as it was designed to. He was PERFECT! He was in and out in 45 minutes. And on top of that Alex was a wonderful person. It don't get any better than that.
