Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

Airtron performed our AC/furnace installation. The company now refuses to honor our parts warranty because as homeowners we have chosen another service provider for our servicing work.
We would appreciate it very much if they reconsidered this practice, given the fact that they already earned the money on the installation on our entire home prior to purchase. Seems to me like honoring warranty’s on previously installed work is a pretty important business practice.

I had no clue what was wrong with my system and was worried that I would be putting out a lot of money for repairs. However,Chris S and Solo came in and identified and resolved the problems quickly and professionally. I felt at ease and that I was in good hands! I became a member of their maintenance plan which in turn gives me the piece of mind that I have Airtron in my corner!

My appointment was for 12 -5, rep called at 11am and said he was on the way. He figured out why air temp in home was different from what we set the thermostat to. Fixed issue within 30 mins. Service fast and great.

Chris S came to our home for a warranty repair on our system as it
was not working correctly. He was Amazing ! He found the issue and repaired it. I would highly recommend him anytime! Great Job !!

I received outstanding, professional and timely service from AirTron Techs, Solo and Chris S. 06/05/23. They presented a can-do work posture throughout the entire process of getting my A/C up and running.

07/05/23 Service Tech Ryan, a skilled professional uninstalled the rescue motor then completed the installation of the variable speed motor in a timely manner. for the entire time I waited for the motor order and to come in .... I was never without a source of cool air.

Chris S. came to my house today, 03/20/23, to replace my evaporator coil. He was fantastic! Not only was he very professional, polite, respectful, and personable, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable, proficient, and thorough.

In fact, he even discovered and fixed a separate soon-to-be problem that would have resulted in even more downtime for my system and another service call. Upon completion, he left everything very clean and tidy. (In case anybody is wondering, I am not related to Chris nor have I met him prior to today :).

Airtron has provided excellent service at the most competitive price out there. I would certainly recommend Airtron and encourage everyone to request Chris S.
Give that man a raise!

Chris S was my technician who called to let me know he was coming. Showed up when promised and checked over all my air conditioning issues. He checked temperature, adjusted vents and checked items at my unit that I am not even sure what exactly they were. I feel very comfortable that my system got a thorough evaluations.

Today was my 3rd time using Airtron. The first 2 times were for small repairs that were covered under warranty but today was my first annual maintenance. While I've always been pleased with their service, today Cory surpassed my expectations. He was respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and not rushed. I'll be sure to request him for future annual maintenance visits!

Chris S was on time and went straight to the problem. He is real knowledgeable and told me what was wrong within it in 5 minutes. We had to cut a hole in the wall to get to a nail that went through AC line, that let the gas out of the system. Smart man it took several hours to get done and clean up. He also was very conscious of doing a great job and he did. Thank You Airtron for having great people.
