I have been an Airtron customer for 3+ years and I recommend them to everyone who is in the HVAC market. The are polite, informative, professional, and dependable. Every Airtron technician who has worked for me is of the highest quality.

Most recently, Chris addressed my questions regarding my 18 year old furnace that has been cutting out. This was his second time to my location and he felt more like a friend or family member than a technician. He offered pragmatic expertise, was patient with my questions, and was considerate of my family and wallet.

The customer service personnel are very kind and professional. The service tech (Tate) is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He is also a very nice guy. He took the time to discuss options between ionizers and UV as well as settings on zones inside the house. If possible, I will always ask for him by name.

Absolute garbage company and quality. We have a brand new unit from Dec 2021 that has consistently stopped working with malfunctioning parts, and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone there. Our HVAC unit has broken down over the past two Christmases and also is not working now in the 90+ degree July 4 heat!!! Avoid this company at all costs. They are horrible. Read the BBB reviews

Airtron performed the initial install of my HVAC systems and I have used their service techs twice now over a 3 year period to provide routine inspections and maintenance. The service techs are really good at explaining what is working right with the systems and what I may need to watch for to prevent damage. The most recent tech was Jon Saxton who has the best personality and really knows the systems that he services. I look forward to seeing him again this fall.

The two technicians John F and Chris S were excellent. They knew exactly how to fix issue and in a timely manner. I would use them anytime for service with my AC unit. Very professional and courtesy as well.

John and Chris did an excellent job replacing a compressor on my Lennox AC unit. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs AC work.

John F and Solo arrived on time and as promised to fix an issue with water backing up in the drip pan. They went the extra mile after cleaning the line to test it. They found air going through, but no water. After tracing the darin, they found the line had an upward bow causing the backup. Great job and thank you for being so thorough and, quick and friendly!

Got my AC tune up yesterday, Chris S from Airton charlotte was outstanding in doing service, also he gave lot of tips on type and usage of filters , indoor air quality improvements etc. He looked very knowledgeable. Everything is working awesome. I would recommend him for all kind of HVAC services and maintenance.

I had a chance to work with James Battle from the Airtron team. He was very professional, responsive and most importantly - on time. Not only did he help me with my concerns, he identified other potential issues around the house. Definitely look forward to working with James in the future (if needed).
