They came when they said, they did what they said, they charged what they said, and they came back for inspection when they said. They delivered our propane service, tank, hooked up to the newly installed heater and checked thoroughly for any leaks. Their prices are fair market and competitive. I would recommend them.

We use Berico for propane service to fuel our gas logs. The ladies in the office are always friendly and the men that provide the home service have always been timely and professional. Berico has been servicing our heating systems for years from a boiler in our former residence to our present hot air system. They show up when they say they are going to, are friendly and give understandable explanations of what is going on if there's a problem. We feel they are trustworthy and worth the cost.

Delivered and installed LpG tank. Checked out gas log fireplace and made sure it was lit and working correctly. Promptly came and filled the tank as promised same day. Professional staff. Very helpful. Thank you for being a great asset to Guilford county and surrounding areas.

An inspection of my oil tank for the fireplace was due, and someone at Berico called to arrange it and to give me a time for the inspection. The serviceman was prompt, inspecting the tank outside as well as my fireplace. I appreciate the good service.

Requested gas fireplace repair. Was charged $100+! for the call and given an estimate for repair, parts & labor. Called back 2X to see when repairs would be made. Always responded as they didn’t know of the service request or who I was. Finally, after some time Berico informed me that they could not make the repairs. Poor service. Poor community!
