Stephanie C. arrived a few minutes early. She went right to work doing a maintenance on my system. She explained her findings and recommendations to me in a clear manner. She was very professional and did a great job.

Katie came out and did thorough inspection on A/C unit and explain what she did. She took her time and did not rush through the process like other technicians have done in the past.

Adnane has serviced our HVAC system for a year now. He is careful, polite and technically proficient. He keeps me informed on the state of my system. He always has a ready smile and a good attitude. He is a keeper.

My family have used Berico services for many years and have always have excellent service from them. The office and service personnel have always been courteous, prompt, and just overall awesome with their service and interactions. I own my own propane tank and usually get quotes from three different propane companies when I need a fill-up. Berico is always the cheapest and I always buy from them. The office staff is the friendliest group of people that you will ever deal with. They accomodate my needs of filling the tank on a sporadic basis and billing me accordingly. Their truck drivers are very professional and friendly. A service tech came out this week and did a safety check on my tank. Makes me feel great that they care.

An oil heater at my rental house went out two weeks ago. I called three companies to complete aa diagnostic on the unit, Berico being one of the three. All three companies said I needed a new furnace. I had considered changing to gas rather than oil and asked the feasibility of doing so. Berico explained that Duke Energy would need to run a wire and that Piedmont gas would need to run gas lines. They also told me fleas were underneath the house and I needed to get it sprayed underneath. They told me there was evidence of some rodent being underneath because there were burrows. Not one other company went to the length they did. After I had it sprayed, they were there on time to install my new unit. They cared about my tenant not having heat. There was a place where the duct had come loose. I thought I'd have to hire someone to fix it( that's what the other two companies had said), but they repaired it, and also searched to see if I was due a rebate( I am getting a rebate). Berico has always been the company I trust. The ladies in the office know me by name and are the nicest ladies. Whether it's oil or gas, I love Berico! Ricky Rodrigues, Josh Goins, and Austin Burton ( who made this experience a lot easier) represent Berico well and go beyond what one would expect from a Heating and AIr conditioning company!!!

Propane delivery.
We were told we had a scheduled delivery for tank refill the week of the 24th. Didn't happen. We called back the following week...got delivery the next day. Would have appreciated a heads up call that first week if unable to fill our tank.
Otherwise, always pleasant staff/phone communication.

As usual my maintenence on my oil heater went flawless. They called 15 minutes before arrival, completed maintenence within an hour, and informed my of possible issues down the road with pricing for repairs. I have been very pleased with Berico over the past decades.

I use Berico for their propane service and it's been great! I've had to reach out to the ladies in the office a few times for assistance and they are always friendly and provide top notch customer service! I recommend them for your propane needs.
