New house with some HVAC issues that have been hard to resolve. Jake and his crew have done a great job trying to solve the problem. They keep in touch on their own, not just returning my phone calls. I've been very impressed.

Their technician Eber came to my house to do a maintenance inspection on my AC as part of the warranty on my house. He was very friendly, on time, professional, and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with his work and he left the area around the AC clean and organized. I will definitely recommend the company to friends and I will request Eber back to do my fall heating inspection.

I was having an issue with my HVAC system and the service tech Coy came out and spent 5 mins here reset my circuit breaker and charged me $500. He stated there was an issue with my system reving up when kicking in causing the breaker to trip. He stated the box wasn't big enough for the system. Electrician came out and didn't find anything wrong with my box. I also called the guy that completed my home inspection. Denied having that as a concern on the inspection. The next schedule visit was for preventive maintenance. I booked a time slot over 2 months ahead. I took off work to accommodate the scheduled time. The day of service I called to confirm and called half way during the time window. The window was 12-4p. At 4pm I called to see what happened and they said the technician was 45mins out from me. No one ever called to update me. Spoke with a manager Carl who said they just have to be in route during the time frame not be at the appointment. Poor communication, poor customer service, no regard for the time of others. I feel scammed from the intial visit and the last visit just reminds me of what I don't want from a company. Any other business would call and update you. I made them aware that after 5p wasn't going to work because of child care. They never offered to rebook or accommodate. This plan was pre-paid and I only used this company because this is who the builder listed.

Travis is an absolutely fantastic tech - personable, kind, quick & knowledgeable! He went out of his way to take the time to explain everything to me - what he was doing, what things were, what to look for, what to do, what not do to and I appreciated it, as he likely saved me a future call for service by just teaching me the basics.

Justin the Technician that arrived at the home yesterday did a great job repairing the bad compressor! He ensured everything was operating normally and that the system was heating my home properly before leaving. Loved the customer service he provided as well. 5/5 would recommend!

Our AC wasn’t working for about a week and we called them and they had it fixed in just a few short days. It would’ve been sooner to, but we had to wait on a part. Chris was the technician and he did a great job. He was cordial on-time, pleasant and got the job done as quick as he could 100% recommend.

The technician showed up on time and was very friendly. He respected my house and put on booties. He explained everything thoroughly and replaced my thermostat. I've worked with lots of HVAC companies and other service companies -- and Caryl Mechanicals is the best by a longshot!!! Very professional, excellent quality, and at a very reasonable price. The tech who came to my house, Eber, was exceptional. He not only showed up on time, but he even called and texted me 30 min before arrival. He was very thorough, answered all my questions, and even fixed a few things that I didn't even know needed fixing. Sarah and Lisa in the office were really great too.
