Caryl Mechanicals Heating & Cooling

I have used Caryl Mechanicals since 2019, they installed my HVAC in my new home. In May I had them out for Spring maintenance. On June 4, my unit stopped working. I called them and they had no emergency number. So I called Monday morning at 8 only to have to leave a message because the girl who makes appts doesn’t get in until 9. She never called me back so at 11 I called again to then but told that their first available appt would be June 21, it was June 5. I had to call another company as I couldn’t wait 16 days for service. Since you pay for Spring/Fall maintenance up front, I called to get a refund as I wouldn’t be having them return in the Fall and Caryl the maintenance manager refused to refund me. SHAME on you Caryl Mechanicals, very very poor customer service.

Great service all the way around. Had an emergency and was able to actually speak with someone and be fit in to schedule in a timely manner. Justin our technician was able to trouble shoot/repair and get us up and running again.

Justin did an awesome job. Very professional and was able to fixed the issue on the same visit. Didn’t even take long for him to correctly diagnose and fix it. I appreciated a phone call from the manager after Justin’s visit to make sure all are taken care of. A+ service!

Gabriela performed a through inspection of our HVAC system and made some recommendations. She was on time and very professional. I got a followup call from Jake asking about how the service went. Definitely recommend Caryl Mechanicals for HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Justing was the technician that came to repair the A/C that was not heating nor cooling. He was very polite, kind, professional and knowledgable. He solved the situation super fast, efficiently and arrived on time, did the work and made sure to leave everything clean.

Caryl Mechanicals Heating/Cooling, came out in a very timely manner. Eliu, the technician was very helpful, found the problem with the A/C and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable! Jake, the manager, called to follow up and could not have been more, understanding. I will definitely continue to use them to service my new townhome!

Anthony was professional and efficient this morning. He thoroughly explained the issues, informed us of our options, and provided the services he was able to at this time.

We have a new construction townhome, and Caryl Mechanics Heating & Cooling installed everything and has also been doing preventative maintenance on our system. They are extremely responsive, timely and top tier in the service they provide. I sleep well at night, knowing that I can call them if we ever have issues with our heat or air conditioning. They also do a great job at proactively sending a postcard and calling when it’s time for your preventative maintenance which is great since I never remember those things.

Like this company, very thorough and responsible. Always on time with the smile. Our technician Gabrielle is very professional, knows her job well. It's a pleasure to see her when she comes for a service check.

Caryl Mechincals responded to a warranty claim I placed on my home. Eliu, my technician called when he was en route to confirm it was still a good time. When he arrived I explained my concerns and he thoroughly explained a resolution. He went above and beyond and checked my entire system to ensure maximum efficiency and discovered an issue that he made sure was fixed in less than 24 hours. He also gave me tips on how to keep my gas and electric bills where I want them to be to also match my comfort levels for the seasons. I can not stress how great the service was.
