Indian Trail Air & Heat

My AC seemed to be working but was not as cold as it should be. I called Indian Trail Air & Heat because I had seen them in my neighborhood. A very competent scheduler arranged an appointment that was convenient for me. The tech (Robert) showed up on time, in a clean truck, was very professional and quickly determined my problem. Robert determined my freon was low due to the bad coil and added some to get me by until a factory warranty part could be obtained. Later that same day the scheduler called to let me know one was available and asked if they could return the next morning. It wasn't convenient for me so I scheduled it for another day. Robert returned on time as scheduled and replaced the coil in short time.
Hope I don't have future problems but if I do they will be my only call.

Called two other larger companies, one did not even call back and the other said sometime today but could not give any idea of when. Indian Trail Air and Heat called me back (Tammy) within 15 minutes of me leaving a message (big plus). They told me someone would be out around lunchtime or so, and he was. Travis was very nice and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly (thankfully it was a capacitor only) and was quick with the repairs. I will need to be looking into a new system soon because of the age of my current system and I will plan on using Indian Trail Air and Heat for yearly maintenance and replacement of my system. Thanks guys.

Indian Trail Air and Heat responded quickly to my request, and Travis arrived on time, immediately found the issue, and went above and beyond to complete the repair. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Definitely will use again, and recommend.

Been using this company to service my AC unit for the past 5 years. Only business that ALWAYS did a great job and NEVER had to come ba d dad see d rest day dfffddffffrrfck. Never overcharged me or sold me things I didn't need. They helped me stretch and get the most out of my AC unit before it was time to change it out. I have 100% confidence in whatever they tell me about my unit. They know what they are talking about, and always come through, whether were talking price or efficiency. They are absolute professionals. We finally got em to change out my ac unit and furnace this summer. They did it all in one day and did a phenomenal job, at a great price! I'm really happy and I thoroughly recommend. I can't sing their praises enough.

We have been using them in our new home compliments of our builder as he uses this company for installation. I had not heard of them in the past and used some other very large competitors. I have to say I’ve been completely impressed with their level of service, follow up, and communication in regards to hunting down a very unusual problem with a new unit that’s been hard to diagnose and not their problem. I would say that thus far I’d highly recommend them.

Called Indian Trail air & heat up in the morning and they arrived at my house in 30 minutes. Travis took the time to explain all the questions I had and fixed all of my air conditioning issues.. very polite young man. Now I have air conditioning in this 98 degree weather. I appreciate the honesty and the service that this company provides.. thank you!

I love Indian Trail Air & Heat!! They are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and always very helpful. They always call to remind me of my "seasonal" service in the spring & fall - which I love because I always forget! EXTREMELY reasonable prices as well!

For anyone who may have taken my advice and used Indian Trail Air & Heat, I wanted to apologize!!!

I am extremely customer loyal and have used them several times over many years. Only during the most recent call did I realize that the company isn't good - I was just lucky to get a good tech!!!!

During the recent visit the "new" guy released who knows how much refrigerant into the air (not the little bit left in the hose) - he scrambled to turn off the valve when realizing his disconnect procedure was wrong (then wanted me to pay for all the refrigerant that had come out of tank into my system and into the air)... Didn't come in the house to see if it was cooling afterward, did no checks on any other areas of the system etc... (All things I was told the service charge is for)....

Obviously bad techs happen - but when I called the office, I got nothing but "er, um, ah" etc. then half the things I was told contradicted what the tech said (as well as what I have observed over 25 years - for example the office claimed they "don't charge for refrigerant by weight")....

There were several other questionable behaviors - but the bottom line is this....

I was a loyal customer and this time was very unhappy and they didn't care at all.... (In spite of the fact they boast a service satisfaction guarantee!!!)

So I hate that I have given them so much money over the years and hate that I now have to find another hvac guy....

If anyone knows "Randy" at Indian Trail Air & Heat - PLEASE tell him if he ever goes out on his own to get in touch!!!!!!

Or if there are any HVAC company owners reading this - you should poach randy - he will only make your company look better!!!!

I can't say enough great things about Indian Trail Heating and Air! Above anything else, the customer service was great and George was always available for questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company.
