Indian Trail Air & Heat

Great company! I was quoted almost 2k dollars from Brothers for my repair. Indian Trail came out and fixed my unit for about 15% of what Brothers wanted. Can't say enough nice things about Indian Tail!

Shortly after we moved into our current home, we woke up to a burning smell sure what happened, but it turns out my HVAC control board was completely fried, I mean blackened. I called George at Indian Trail Air and Heat and they had a tech over to our house fast, identified the problem and replaced the part quickly. We had air conditioning again before we really new it was out.

I live in Charlotte, NC and they were there quickly.

All I can Say is you dont need to call anyone else. Randy was the most honest contractor that my wife and I dealt wife during our System Install. He only recommended the products that we absolutely needed and didn't try to upsell us at all. All the other guys (4 of them) tried to sell us a system that was 30-40% more expensive. Our system completely shut down the day before vacation and the team arranged to have the install completed while we were enjoying the beach. FIVE Stars is NOT Enough for this locally owned company.

Texted them at 7 in the morning when my a/c stopped workinh. At 10:30 am they were out and my A/C was running well again. Excellent service and very professional. Will use them again!
