Jeff has arrived in a timely fashion and took all the necessary steps to manned sure all components of our AC system was operating properly. He even shared information relative to our situation and answered questions from me with expert advise. His 30+ years experience showed through as we are very happy with the outcome of fixing our AC! I ran into an issue with my nest thermostat installation, this company was very helpful over the phone with setting up my appointment. However it was the technician Johnathan that was really the star of the show. He started by contacting me an hour before arriving to let me know he was coming. He was professional from the moment he walked up. He was very knowledgeable in HVAC systems and helped me solve my issue in the quickest and most affordable way possible. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing anything at all done with their HVAC systems.

Our A/C went out on a hot July morning. I called Custom Heating and Cooling that morning and was promised they’d get to me later that day….and they did! The technician called before he came, and I was sent a picture before he arrived. He was very professional and courteous and had our A/C working again within an hour after he arrived. Steven S was the tech who conducted the spring inspection. Steven showed up on time. He explained what he was going to do and asked if we had questions. Afterwards, he reviewed what was done. We had questions regarding duct cleaning and Steven thoroughly explained the process and discussed several products that are available to reduce dust. Steven is very professional and knowledgeable. Had an appointment for maintenance on my ac. Technician steven did a great job and kept me informed with finds and key points to be aware of as well as fixed a issue. Cost was accurate to what i felt comfortable with. Will use you again in the future.

Steve performed preventative maintenance on our two HVAC systems. He is very knowledgeable and was not in a rush. Instead he took his time explaining everything and did a super thorough job cleaning the blower wheel and coils on our older unit. I highly recommend Triad and Steve!
