The technician I believe named Jeff (about 7 foot tall) was very nice and peofessional. Qiuckly found problem and fixed it. Even took the time to tell my son how the machine worked. Will be getting a maintenance contract with them. Highly recommend and suggest them.

I have been using the services of Custom Heating and Cooling for about the last10 years or so. They have always done a very through job, have been very prompt and honest. This is the only company that I've ever used, because there has never been a reason to try anyone else. They are that good.

Very responsive and courteous. I called six other companies, one which told me I needed a COVID-19 test before they would come out, all of the them put me on a 2week wait. This company came out in 2 days.

Our system was very inefficient and wasting energy. We couldn’t cool the house during the summer and couldn’t maintain our heating temperature during the winter.

We called Custom Heating and Cooling when we noticed our unit running continually during the summer.

When they arrived on time they quickly found the problems that was preventing our system from doing its job.

Once completed the system functioned almost like a new unit even though this unit is 38 years old.

They’ve performed a great heat precision tune up and changed the thermostat. Also got a new capacitor on furnace to maintain everything working like we need at the house. Its was a good job performed by custom heating and cooling.
