Beyond excellent service. I really can't say enough great things about these guys. I had a pain in the butt intermittent problem that initially wouldn't act up to demonstrate to the guys but that didn't scare them off. They thoroughly checked and inspected every inch of our hvac system and were able to diagnose the problem even though it turned out to be an electrical issue and not even a hvac issue. The professionalism, service, attention to detail, and the hustle to help out a new customer and get my a/c back up and running in 90 degree weather is greatly appreciated.

Air conditioner was out of service, when it was 90+ degrees outside. A different and air company came out and quoted $1500 for a "temporary fix" and $6000 for a new unit. Edwards Heating and Air Conditioning came out and found a simple problem with a simple, affordable fix. Thank you so much for your help! I will keep Edwards' information on hand.
