These guys are awesome and honest and skilled. Multiple times, they have fixed things that another company couldn’t/wouldn’t. I lost their number once and have used a few other companies that just deliver an expensive sales visit instead of a service call. Won’t lose their number again!!

Edwards has come out twice, and both times not only have they been efficient and thorough, but our technician, Adam, is a model of professionalism and kindness.

When you call and ask for service make sure that you ask if they will charge you for an estimate, everyone else around does it by free but they charge $96 just for look at it Regardless if they do the service or not
I had them before using the home warranty not problem but without insurance it is very expensive I think

Kept me on the phone for 20 minutes getting info and trying to find my address on their outdated system and then when it was finally all in told me it would be 6 days before they could come. Hopefully the techs are better than the scheduler, but I won’t be finding that out.

Installed a Rheem a few yeara ago and it is still going strong. Best unit I've ever owned. Great company!
