Hiram was very knowledgeable and was willing to share his knowledge with me. He explained his what he was doing at all times, which reassured me that he was going to do the best job possible. He and his colleagues are the main reason that I stay with company.

Technicians and office staff are true professionals. Installed a new HVAC last year. Today was an annual maintenance appt...was able to add on a dryer vent cleaning at a very reasonable price.

Brian was super knowledgeable and has great attention to detail! I recommend going with this company as they were transparent, on time, and very thorough. Customer service was superb from sales to technicians!

The technician was on time, but they wanted to charge me 500 for changing a capacitor which only cost 30 bucks. I understand the inflation, but not this ridicule of overpriced service. I don't recommend this company.

DJ was very professional. He was on time. And offer to provide me with an additional accessories (cover for my HVAC unit) to help protect my unit.

I had to have Healthy Home come out and replace a bad coil in our A/C system which was only 3 years old. Although no fault of Healthy Home - there was still added expense (installation and Freon don't come free). Steve (Services Manager) worked with me to make the cost as palatable as possible. Drew (the field technician) did an outstanding job of explaining what he was doing - getting the install done correctly - he even showed me where the part went bad. All in all a great experience. I'd highly recommend Health Home for any heating or air conditioning residential needs.
