Healthy Home Heating & Air

After seeing good reviews, we called this business to check our A/C unit when it stopped pushing cold air. Healthy Home Heating and Air came out and, in less than 10 minutes, advised us the capacitor was the only thing wrong and needed to be replaced. They showed my husband the part needed and quoted a price of $298.16 for it! While Andy was standing there, my husband found the same part online for $14, showed it to him and asked Andy to explain the price gouging. Andy said he does not make the prices and to call the office. My husband did but the office could not offer a legitimate explanation as to why they were quoting $298.16 for a $14 part either. The office offered to discount the part to $263.50 if we let Andy do the service right then. We said no thank you. We subsequently purchased the part online, got it the next day and repaired it ourselves easily but they charged us $95.01 for the 10 minutes and the time to offer this outrageous part quote. Homeowners beware and do your own research to make sure you do not get taken advantage of. Disturbing to think how many members of the unsuspecting public might be getting price gouged and pay out of desperation to get their systems working again. Not sure about all these reviews after our experience but we would definitely NOT recommend Healthy Home Heating and Air.

We were having issues with the AC on our new home and Danny came out and had the issue resolved in no time. Explained the issue and how he resolved it in a consise and efficient manner. Very pleased with my experience with this company and their friendliness and Danny did us a huge favor getting the house cooled back down due to his fixing.

The tech, Keith was professional, polite and kind. We had our yearly maintenance service done. Their service is excellent. I highly recommend them.

We were so impressed by the excellent treatment and service we received from the folks at Healthy Heating and Air. Whitney in the office was so kind, responsive to our questions and bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule. The service techs Alan and Harry were great. I appreciate the care when removing the old unit and putting the new one in. They throughly cleaned up after they were done. It had to be so hot in the attic but they didn’t rush through and the work showed. I was so impressed but how wonderful everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone (and will)!

This company was so professional and kind. The company I rent through used this company as their vendor to complete the work in my home. Communication is key and they communicated throughout every step of the process. Danny was our technician and he was very attentive and made sure he kept us updated as he serviced our unit. He was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and did not disturb anyone during the process. I would definitely use this company again if need be.

We had the best experience today with Danny. He was able to diagnose the issue with the AC in a very timely manner. He was super polite and provided a full explanation of the issue to us as well. Danny provided excellent customer service and he did it with a smile too!
