Highly recommend Tyson Services. Our thermostat showed error in the middle of the night and A/C was shut. Searched in google and first thing we found was Tyson services. Megan was very prompt, responsive and she caught hold of one of the technicians (Chuck) and got everything resolved before noon the next day. What an incredible service!!! Looks like in the blink of an eye all got reset :)

Our AC went out in the middle of the hottest part of summer. Tyson Air, especially Mandy, went above and beyond in helping us communicate and coordinate with our home warranty. Their dedication to customer service and to getting the job done correctly and quickly is refreshing and much appreciated. I would 100% recommend this company, and we will remain loyal to them for all of our needs in this area in the future.

Still waiting for final determination from Old Republic Home Warranty for the job to be completed. However, I will say this. Following the suggestion from another review, I contacted Tyson Services after the warranty company made an appointment for Friday, three days out, from when I called in the claim. Megan answered and was able to reschedule to the next day due to a cancellation that had just popped up.
The technician was to arrive between 14:00 and 16:00 the next day. Nick actually arrived early at 13:20 and was done diagnosing the problem, leaking evaporator coil, and left before he was originally scheduled.
I've already received a text from Megan that Tyson Service has submitted the claim to the warranty company. I suppose it is now a waiting game from them to respond. I will report back on the final resolution. So far I am very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Megan and Nick.
