We LOVE Tyson! They have been taking care of us for years, both in seasonal maintenance and replacing our aging AC units. Super communicative, the technicians are very knowledgeable, and customer service is impeccable! We recommend them to everyone.

I was extremely impressed with Tyson throughout the whole process of diagnosing my old unit and putting the new unit in. Megan and her team went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and new exactly what was going on. Also, each time they scheduled an appointment they showed up on time. I know it seems like this should be expected, but not every company can deliver on this. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would not hesitate for one second to call them for anything. This is absolutely one of the best heating and A/C companies in the Charlotte area!!!

This was my first time using Tyson’s Services. My technician Thomas was prompt, very professional and explained every option for repair. My experience from the initial online request to repair was excellent, immediate response to request and quick service appointment. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Tyson was assigned my claim from Home Warranty of America. Megan has for the last month been working daily to get my claim pushed through and taken care of. She has been doing what I consider way above and beyond what she needs to be in order to help get this processed. Obviously Home Warranty companies never want to pay but Megan has provided all documents and followed up to make this happen. Just waiting on parts and install for the HVAC system. If the technicians are as thorough Megan I won't have any complaints.

Tyson services cares about their customers. Our air went out after regular business hours. Dale checked it out but couldn't fix it at the time. He brought us loaner air conditioners to get us thru until he could get it fixed. No one else would have done that for us. We appreciate everything that Tyson services has done for us! Great response and knowledgeable technicians!
