Over a 10 years ago, we had moved into a house and the heating went out late in the evening on a very cold night. Mr. Tyson himself came to help...on his way out of town to begin a vacation. We knew because his wife came with him! Since that day, we have been loyal customers. Over the years, his service technicians have provided maintenance, repairs, and replaced entire units for us in two separate houses. Every single time they have been professional, provided top-quality work, and always respected us by selling what is required without being pushy with unnecessary spending. I ALWAYS go to Tyson for our heating & air! I highly recommended them to friends & family in our area.

The Company has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I had a system go out and it was 98 outside, Megan in the front office had someone out that same day. Quade looked at my system and was able to find out what was wrong and had me back up and running within the hour. And he saved me money by getting me on a maintance plan. Will be using them for all my AC needs. Thank you so much for help my family.

We are super thankful for Megan and the team at Tyson Services helping us in the process of replacing our AC unit. Tyson was quick to schedule appointments when needed and prompt to show up for those appointments which means the world when you are out of AC in the middle of summer. Megan worked tirelessly going above and beyond in dealing with my home warranty company. She and I were quickly on a first name basis and felt like a team. I highly recommend Tyson Services. I have a contract with a home warranty company that assigned Tyson as the contractor for a claim I made back in February 2020. The original consultation on 2/12 with a Tyson technician was a good experience, but my recommendation to work with Tyson Services is really based on what happened after the consultation. My warranty company took a month to approve the tech’s recommendation, and during that time, I was given no legit answers on the status of my claim. I finally called Tyson Services to see if they had heard anything and learned that the Service Manager, Megan had been calling them, as well. Megan agreed to keep me looped in on any communication she had with the warranty company. From 3/3 to 5/19, when the part finally arrived at their office, Megan emailed or called to let me know what was going on. She continued to reach out to the warranty company’s authorization dept. for over two months to get answers on the purchase order and delivery ETA because she knew they wouldn’t talk to customers, only contractors. I have never experienced such consistent customer service and I can’t thank her enough.

We have used Tyson for many years now and we are extremely happy with their service. It isn’t a large company that is in it for the money. They are awesome. I really enjoyed meeting our new HVAC tech named Khumar. He was very friendly and thorough. He did an outstanding job and very knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure to work with him and Tyson

When my A/C went out this past Spring, Megan leapt into action to get the service techs out here, price out options, and get it scheduled and installed promptly. It wasn’t until half way through the process that I realized she was doing this all from her hospital bed after just delivering a baby. Who does that? That is pure commitment to delivering excellent customer service. They are honest, reliable, reasonable, and trustworthy and have used them for years because of it.

I don’t see what other customers see, must be fake accounts pretending to be customers, they take forever to schedule you, and when they came out the first time never found the solution to fix the issue just patched it up so then had to be put back on wait list again until a week for someone else to come and troubleshoot and now…what do you know Still Waiting!!! So the previous review saying they came right back out to her immediately 😂. Don’t believe it. And if you short of staff as they luv to say, I have a solution hire more workers!!!

These folks are amazing and my new “go to” HVAC folks. I’m a realtor, so it’s very important that I find business who do what they say they’re going to do, show up when they say they’re going to show up, and have the ability to get to homes for quotes and repairs quickly. Tyson goes above and beyond to do all of those things. I trust them 150% and highly recommend!

Called Tyson Services Air Conditioning & Heating out to fix my air that went out. They came and fixed it the same day it went out. The tech called me when he was 30 minutes away. Arrived on time was very polite and professional. Keep me informed with what was going on. He got my air back on for my 2 kids. This company is amazing. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
