We have used them since we mived here 12 years ago. They have always been professional We have always been happy with their work.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with the plumbing group! Long story short, a different electrician caused voltage to go to ground wires that were wrapped around a cold water pipe in our kitchen. Stack responded within the hour to help stop the leak and then came back first thing Monday morning to drill up our slab and fix the pipe. They were SUPER tidy and respectful, flexible working with the other company and State Farm and did an awesome job. Made a lifetime customer out of me!

I recently hired Stack to install a new a/c unit, build new ductwork, and install a brand new tankless water heater. They did a fantastic job. They were professional, punctual, and kept me informed along the way. Very happy with the quality of their work.

Paul's team did a decent job on our tankless water heater install. Before we decided to go this route, Paul answered every question and then some. He clearly laid out our options. It was quick to schedule, but the team only did a serviceable job with the install and cleanup. We're still very happy with the system, and Stack does stand behind their work.

However, I edited my review and score because I've had to have Stack out a couple times since install to adjust things that, candidly, weren't done properly the first time.

Thank You Stack !! They were very responsive when our AC went out in our newly purchased home. Came back the next day to try and repair the system. The repair amount was over half of a new system. We chose to get a new system and their maintenance plan for checkups!!
Dan was great when an opening occurred and we were able to get installed a day sooner.

Stack has been very helpful with our 1962 renovation. We have baseboard radiators that we wanted moved for better cabinet layout. Dan and Brian are knowledgeable and willing to move them in two phases of our project for a reasonable price. It was worth it to us to have better radiator placement. Dan has been responsive and his crew is on time, friendly and they do an excellent job of cleaning up after they are done. Thanks Brian, Dan and crew! Looking forward to the final phase next year.

Just had a new Lennox AC and Furnace installed by Stack. They were very good to work with. Their salesmen, Ryan Tansey, did a quick but thorough survey of my duct system and house and presented several easy to understand options.

The installers, Mark and Nick, were friendly, professional, and well prepared. The final install looks great and they ran all of the utilities in a clean / unobtrusive manner in the basement and outside. They were also nice to our dog Marlee who kept trying to help.

We were having issues with our electric and getting power surges throughout the house. Thankfully we had Phil and Brandon from Stack, they were able to find the issue and prevent a serious fire hazard that the electric company had overlooked.
