Everything about working with Stack to replace my Central Air was a positive experience.

The initial technician, Jacob, was straightforward with me and gave me several options to move forward.

Jeremy, worked with me and my home warranty to help me as much as possible as a new home owner having to make a serious purchase.

Lastly, Robert and Cody were very professional and did a great job with installation.

Even after installation, the office worker I spoke to immediately emailed me a receipt when I called and asked for one. I didn't get her name, but it goes to show they have a great team and I will continue to utilize them for future tune ups and any other heating/cooling needs.

Learned about Stack through my Costco membership and was working to get a quote since April 2021. I have followed up several times for a revised quote and schedule install and the response has been lacking. Found representative to be extremely informative and was excited to have someone we trusted for this project. Updated post to 3 stars while my husband and I review the new quote we received today.

We’ve used Stack several times for two houses. They do quality work, have great service and are friendly and informative. I highly recommend them for residential boiler, A/C and electrical.

Dan and Ty have been very helpful during our master bathroom renovation by re-configuring our boiler heating system, and answering design questions about how we might re-configure other parts of the HVAC system in the house for future remodels.

Ty and Kevin did a wonderful job. They were here when they said they would be. They worked quickly. Clean up was well done. Explanations were clear and questions were answered.
