The service is excellent, employees are efficient and professional. The plumber, Caleb Vermillion, was ethical, professional, efficient and took time to explain their services. I would definately recommend this company.

Scheduled accordingly and kept their time slot. Communicated very well in the scheduling process. Project quoted fairly and no attempt to upsell once they got on-site. They charged what they quoted. Would use them again and recommend to family and friends.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan O personally a few years ago when he came out to give me an estimate on installing 2 new HVAC systems, ducts and thermostats in my mixed-use building. Ryan was especially helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The rates that he quoted were super competitive and most affordable for the quality of the units installed. Even after the installation, Quality Comfort continues to be responsible,; professional and reasonably priced with regard to service calls. I recommend both Ryan and the company for all heating and cooling needs!

We contacted Quality Comfort Home Services to schedule a plumbing repair and a duct cleaning based on the positive Google reviews. After speaking with Kiara and working with Joshua H. for plumbing, we can see why the reviews are so great. Kiara was so friendly and helpful when scheduling our appointments. She even called on the morning of our appointment to let us know someone else canceled and gave us the option to move our plumbing appointment time from the afternoon to the morning instead. We had Joshua H. come out for our diagnostic and he was fantastic. Super friendly and easy to talk to. He was very thorough in what he was doing and talking through what he was seeing and gave best recommendations on our not so good situation. We really appreciated his transparency and just trying to find ways to help us to the best of his abilities. We really look forward to having him come back out to finish the job! After having such a positive experience so far, we're looking forward to our scheduled duct cleaning as well. Quality Comfort provided very unprofessional and borderline-dishonest service. I requested an estimate for replacing my broken AC condenser motor. The technician arrived, inspected the AC unit, and confirmed that the condenser motor needed to be replaced. However, he said that the OEM motors were back-ordered and wouldn't be available for 4 weeks. He said if I didn't want to wait, my only option was to buy a brand new air conditioner.

After I explained that I didn't need to have an OEM motor; I would be happy with a universal motor from another manufacturer. I was told by the technician that he didn't think it would be possible to find an universal motor for my unit, and instead, I should just have them give me a quote for a new air conditioner. After I persisted, he finally agreed to look for a universal motor. While he was doing this, I did a quick Google search and saw that motors that match my AC unit's specifications were readily available at many stores, including the local Grainger for $150.

The technician finally came back and said that he was able to find a motor that might work, but they would need to charge $900 to install it. I said that I did wasn't interested in paying that much, and that I would find someone else to do the repair. I paid him the fee for the service visit, but he appeared to be very upset that he had put in "that much effort and only received the $69 service fee." In reality, the only work that he did was to look up our AC unit's model number to find the appropriate condenser motor. It literally took me 10 seconds to do the same thing on Google.

This was incredibly bad customer service. I've used Quality Comfort multiple times in the past, but I won't be using them again.

Quality comfort did a amazing job installing a new furnace and air conditioning units. Our heat went out in a 20 degree week and they were able to take care of us ASAP. Clean up was great! Everyone start to finish has went out of there way to make this experience a good one. Very professional!

They are simply the most professional HVAC company Ive ever used. I used to just call "someone I knew", but their prices are so reasonable, and they really know what they're doing. They didn't charge me just to "come out" like most companies, everyone who answers the phone is super nice and I just love working with them. They even sent a text with a picture of the person coming. The tech who came out was great too. Definitely a pleasure.
