Aire-Flo Heating, Cooling & Generators

Our home generator was scheduled for a routine inspection. Andrew called to inform us of his estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and gave us a warm and friendly greeting, and went to work immediately. After completing the check up Andrew answered questions and discussed Aire-Flo’s maintenance program (which we enrolled in today). Andrew was generous with his time and provided us with a great experience. We were more than satisfied with Andrew and Aire-Flo and look forward to our next inspection.

Howard did a warranty inspection on a 24kw Generac that had just been installed at our house by another company. He quickly determined the issue was NG pressure which needed a different regulator than had been installed. Very professional and a certified Generac technician. Thanks so much Howard!!

I have a Generac standby generator, which I had installed in 2012, after a massive blackout, which struck Ohio in late June and early July, 2012, following what was known as a "derecho storm". At that time, the temperatures were in the high 90's, and people went without power for days on end. In any event, my generator was serviced for the last ten years by a different provider, and it was well maintained. For some reason, I did not hear it testing during its weekly test this past week. Since I was concerned that it wasn't working, I tried to contact the individual who would perform yearly preventive maintenance, on the system. Unfortunately, he was not available, and I had to find another company to service the generator. The first company which I called was not nice at all, on the telephone. They were arrogant, unprofessional, and acted as if they were doing me a favor, in scheduling service one week, from the day that I called them. Fortunately, I contacted another company (Aire-Flo Heating, Cooling & Generators), and was very impressed with how kind, courteous, and professional they were on the telephone. I believe that I spoke to a person named Jess. She was very kind, and helpful. She immediately scheduled a Mr. Garrett Wilson to come out, and service the generator. He came within one hour! I've never experienced such exceptional service from any contractor, in my life. He was professional, courteous, and very technically proficient. He solved the problem with my generator, and I couldn't thank him enough! I will definitely use the services of Aire-Flo Heating, Cooling & Generator again. They really made me feel much better, and I am forever grateful for their fine service!

Timely, competent, & reasonably priced. (2022) Mike called ahead, and showed up on time. He worked diligently to diagnose and repair the issue, without unnecessary parts. I was not pressured to purchase new equipment or service plans. I won't hesitate to call Aire-Flo for regular preventative maintenance or any future repair issues. Thanks!

Update (2023): Still very happy with their service. Andrew came out for a check up, and he was professional, timely, and friendly.

They are very thorough and their work it's for a better term meticulous and very well laid out. The employees are polite courteous thoughtful and respectful.

Standby whole house generator yearly maintenance performed. Garrett explained "message" we received through our online access. Luckily only needed maintenance which was done quickly. Highly recommend.

Garrett was great. Showed up on time, did fast work replacing battery and performing maintenance on my natural gas generator.
