    This company is just ridiculously disingenuous. Scheduled generator maintenance for April in January! They Called to move to Wednesday the week before, I told them that wouldn’t work the next Monday was fine same time, after .1 pm. Stressed that time window to them. They show up at 8am. Supposedly complete a generator maintenance but the video footage don’t tell the same story. Tech didn’t give me any information, had to drag out an answer to a simple question, sent an email to the office and ask for manager to call me, didn’t happen. Office emailed me back a week later and schedule another tech to come out to check. Same deal on a Monday after 1 pm, guess what they reschedule to Wednesday without approval. The tech shows up as if something is funny about it., calls his buddy that did the first supposed maintenance, his way of checking was to look at the filter and check the display, they must think everyone is just stupid. Didn’t check the valves. That was a specific ask and the reason I scheduled so far out when I called in January to make the appointment, I had just changed my oil, plugs and filters, and of course they don’t just do the valves, they have to charge you a full maintenance of $228, and make sure you aren’t there to see that it’s done. I filed complaint with Ohio attorney general and Generac. Places like this need put out of business. I don’t find a damn thing funny about ripping off customers.
