CJS Heating and Air

I can’t say enough positives about my experience with CJS Service. Mathew repaired our air conditioner and he was great! I’ve dealt with a lot of companies over the years and I can’t recall a better experience - I highly recommend them.

The heating technician {Charles} came to my home. I was still at work and yet he agreed to stay until I got there. I am having issues with my furnace. After he checked my furnace he explained what was wrong. He explained what had to be done to fix my furnace issue. I actually appreciate him taking the time to explain. I feel confident that my furnace will be running like new as soon as it is repaired. Thank you Charles and CJS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jamison and Jonathan came out last week to do routine maintenance checks on the A/C system and identified a problem with the unit. They were professional, completed their inspection pretty quickly (I've had instances in the past where a technician takes hours to go through their checks) and didn't try to give me the hard sell me on more expensive repairs. Definitely a good experience.

Mike came out on time and did a great job diagnosing the issue quickly. He gave me a honest opinion on proper repairs along with what other options I could go with. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Charles was wonderful to work with. He was courteous, thorough, and professional, taking time to explain areas of concern on the system performance report.

Jameson came to fix our furnace and was able to diagnose the problem, tell us what parts were under warranty, and then get the parts and fix the furnace. What I really appreciated was that he had been to our house once before and remembered us and our house. Having someone who had been in our house before and did a great job made me feel very comfortable that our new repairs would be done right.

They had to sync our new furnace with our already installed thermostat for the furnace to work properly. They had to come back a few times to determine that this was the problem and they fixed it. They were patient with us and overall did a great job. We will recommend them to friends and relatives.

My project manager professional was very kind, polite, responsive and even liked my puppies. He came in on a Sunday to give me an estimate for a new furnace and also a new furnace and air conditioner, alternatively. He gave me a lot to think about, he spoke highly of his company and its owners and was very professional.

Technician Jamison did a great job. I was notified prior to his arrival with his bio. Total professional. Found a minor issue that he was able to fix. I’m a very satisfied customer!!
