I 100% without a doubt will never recommend any other company for hvac installation! Not only were they efficient, I received calls and texts along the way with amazing communication from the office and technicians.

I also had an amazing experience with Tyler! On the first visit he came out and explained all of our options and ensured we understood everything. He even was willing to answer further questions I had when I called in on the weekend. His customer service was outstanding!

Judson was polite and thorough. He new exactly what he was doing when it came to HVAC systems. I would trust CJS for any of my heating or HVAC needs and if Judson were available that would be icing on the cake.

Furnace was leaking water on floor. I was told it was heat exchanger, $1400+ repair and furnace still didn’t work and now I was told control board was required for $2000.00…call new service co who fixed the new water on floor again by replacing $185 portable water pump which caused furnace to shut off when water was high…replaced pump and furnace worked great!
Terrible trouble shooting company and CJS simply gouge public with ridiculous prices. Even if the circuitboard was incorrect, the cost was only $312. CJS tried charging me $2000+

As usual the technician was very courteous and friendly, on time and even did a couple of little tiny extra things which we appreciate very much. Our dogs and cats liked him also so that went a long way. LOL

Fantastic customer service!! Julie scheduled the work on our furnace at the exact time and day we needed. She is a real pro.
Justin, the tech, was great! He was kind, professional, friendly and knows ALOT about the complexity of a furnace. We are 100% satisfied with CJS and Julie and Justin. Thanks for great service

We had a difficult to diagnose problem and CJS helped us get to the root of it, charging us only for the successful repair. I'm very satisfied with the service provided. Charles was friendly and professional.

Jamieson as out to do an annual inspection and check up on our system. As usual with CJS tech is was very professional and curtious. Jamieson and his partner for the day (sorry I forgot the gentelman's name), came in put the system through its paces and answered a couple of questions I had, told me the system was doing great and were on their way.

Charles kept up good communication by text, showed up early after notifying me about it, fixed a minor but unexpected issue with the initial furnace install, and made friends with my puppy. The seasonal checkup is 100% worth it.

Yearly maintenance done by Charles Fitzsimons was the technician who did the work. On time, professional at work, explained everything and gave us some heads up about down the road maintenance that may need to be looked at each year. Thank You.

Excellent by the company and the technicians. They had to come back a few times to sync the new furnace with the thermostat. All involved were patient, on time and efficient. More than satisfied. GREAT COMPANY AND SERVICE. 👌🏿
