Billy and his team came to my house a few days ago and they were really friendly. They answered every question my family and I had about our air conditioning system. He showed up with a smile on his face and was really positive the whole time!

Dor-Mar came out to fix my furnace, which had completely shut down, within four hours. I’m very grateful as I’m fighting the flu and the internal temp had dropped to 48°. Garret was friendly, he explained the problem, and made the adjustments and repairs quickly. Very pleased.

Ron did a great job my furnace was not working for four months he came in and fixed it in less them 20 minutes he followed COVID guidelines and was really respectful. I would recommend him and this company to anyone thank you so much!!!!!

Nick and Dustin worked very hard all day long replacing and installing a new furnace and a/c unit. It was a hot and humid day, and we had been without cool air for days. So I appreciate the hard work they put in and even helped adjust main floor vents so the cool air would go upstairs. The company tried to fix our units but when it was determined that we needed new ones they fit us in rather quickly so we did not have to suffer this heat. I am thankful for people like that. The guys also cleaned after themselves and left the place looking like it was when they arrived.

I called Dor-Mar first thing this morning, after another company had come out and quoted us $600 to find and repair a gas leak that had left us without heat. The gentleman's name was Rob, and he, thankfully, arrived 2 hours earlier than estimated. He found and fixed the leak very quickly. I bought the 1 year maintenance plan for $160, which covered today's service call and a 1 yearly maintenance on my furnace, a/c, and hot water tank. It's already paid for itself!

As a property manager for several houses in the Columbus area, I use Dor-Mar as my HVAC experts. They are a great company to deal with and have great people working for them. We came home on a Wednesday afternoon from the hospital with our newborn only to find our AC was out. Dor Mar was able to come out that day to diagnose. And by the next day we had a newly replaced AC motor. Timely and straight to helping the customer. Thank you!
