Favret Heating & Cooling

We have a service contract and have our units serviced fall and spring. This spring Seth (and apprentice Chris) did the service. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. They were personable, friendly and professional. I have been working with Favret for several years and have appreciate their work and honesty. I found Favret service department to be solid.

I have used Favret to maintain my heating and cooling systems, electronic filters and humidifier at two different homes for over 20 years. They are always prompt for appointments and scheduling is easy. When I needed my AC replaced a few years ago, they offered me options and didn’t try to hard sell a more expensive option. I have almost always been pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and good advice of their technicians. Today Tim Campbell did my Spring maintenance. He was very professional yet friendly, careful not to track on my floors, arrived as scheduled and completed the work timely. I would be very happy to have him back any time. I also would highly recommend Favret for your heating and cooling needs.

We have used Favret for more years than I can remember! (25-30 years). Their technicians are very knowledgeable and honest. We even purchase their maintenance agreement every year and they inspect our A/C and furnace yearly. Mike (#614) helped us out today and was very friendly and professional. We’d be more than happy to have him out for our next repair!.

We’ve been using Favret for years and have been completely happy with their service. Both the regular semiannual maintenance and the occasional emergency calls have always been handled well. We’ve dealt with several technicians over the years and they’ve all been qualified and polite. Tim Campbell just did our spring maintenance; it was thorough, and he was friendly and efficient. The office staff are also a pleasure to deal with.

Charles at The Favret Hearing and Cooling company does exceptional work. He is always our “go-to” representative when we have an issue with our furnace, boiler or air conditioners. He is extremely knowledgeable about any and all units, reliable and conscientious. We always know that we can count on and love working with him!

My parents have been using Favret for years so when our AC stopped working we reached out to them right away. All the ladies in the office were so friendly and helpful, and they got us onto their schedule same-day which we really appreciated. Seth came out, evaluated things and determined we needed some parts replaced. They had the parts readily available and he made repairs same-day. We were so impressed with Favret from start to finish, and can't express how thankful we are that they were able to resolve our problem so fast!

My air conditioner unit failed to turn on. I called Favret the next morning and was told they would free someone to come look at it. Sure enough,, before noon, I got a call,, telling me someone was on the way. Larry showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue with an electrical part outside in the condenser after looking trough the inside furnace unit. Had a replacement part in his truck, replace it. Was gone in about an hour. Fast,, efficient, good, clean, careful, smart. It was good service.

I highly recommend Favret Heating and Cooling. Anthony, the service technician, performed thorough diagnostic and maintenance checks on both the furnace and air conditioning units. He arrived within the scheduled window and was very courteous and friendly. Anthony was very knowledgeable and informative about the condition of these units. I really appreciated his professionalism and exceptional service.

Charles has been our long time Favret technician assigned to our home. We love having a consistent, knowledgeable and reliable tech who has gotten to know our home. When we need something, he is quick to respond, and if there are fixes to be made or options to discuss, he lays them out in easy to understand language and details the pricing. The only « problem »—my dog loves him so much I have to crate him on Charlie’s visits so that he can get his work done. ; ) We are thankful to all the folks at Favret for over 20 years of work on our home. And for Charles for being our main man!

This five-star review is for our maintenance plan technician Charles, and the wonderful women that call and schedule service calls for Favret Heating and Cooling. We started using Charles after Favret H&C replaced our furnace a year and a half ago. Following this new installation it was obvious that the system had heating-season controls issues. I called and requested their most IT-savvy technician; I was told that would be Charles. Charles identified the issue immediately upon removing the controls cover, and then went on to further evaluate the system and found and made other adjustments. Upon the beginning of last years cooling season (the first one for this new furnace) it was again obvious that there were controls issues. Again, Charles evaluated the system and found adjustments needed for the cooling season operation. Charles was here again today for the current pre-cooling season check. It is clear our system was thoroughly inspected, including the finding of a capacitor in the AC unit that was not functioning correctly. We are very happy with our current maintenance arrangement with Favret H&C.
