Favret Heating & Cooling

Favrett has done our heating and cooling maintenance since we moved into our house in 2017 and we’ve had nothing but good service. Had Charles out to the house today. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and offered up advice for better maintenance of our system. Would definitely recommend!

Early last week, my furnace stopped working. I called Favret and its service people confirmed that my furnace was not economically fixable. The next day a Favret sales person came to my house (as did one of its competitors) and I was convinced to purchase a Carrier system from Favret. The next day a crew of installers installed the new furnace and air conditioning system--and it was up and running that same day. Thereafter, one of their startup technicians (Charles) adjusted the operation of the furnace to my great satisfaction as well as prepared the air conditioner for summer operation. The entire experience with Favret was very professional and highly competent. I was greatly impressed, particularly by the professionalism of Charles, who was willing to listen to my concerns/requests, and to address them to the extent possible within the technical parameters of the equipment.

I have always used Favret for my heating and cooling needs. They have excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. Recently, I had a major repair done by Seth D'Andrea and I am very satisfied with the outcome. He was timely, professional, and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and even showed me pictures ahead of time, as well as showing me the old part and the damage that had occurred which led to the replacement. I appreciate the time it took to do the job correctly and proficiently. I would always give five stars to Favret because of this. Additionally, the lady who calls and handles the service is a joy to work with. Excellent experience all around!

Favret checks our heating and cooling systems twice each year under our service contract. My wife and I are very pleased with how pleasant all their technicians are and how throughly they check every aspect of our furnace and AC. I would highly recommend Favret to any one who wants the job done RIGHT!

Tim Campbell inspected my air conditioning and did an excellent job! He was extremely thorough and even dug a little trench around the unit outside and cleaned out all the mulch that was in the ground level of the unit.
He answered all my questions and I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable. I certainly appreciated all his help!!

Favret is has been our maintenance company for about about 15 years, they have fixed and installed a number of components. Charlie is our regular service tech and is wonderful, friendly fast clean and reliable. Can’t thank them enough. Good value

Charles from Favret came out and inspected our AC issue. He He quickly identified the problem, called back to order the part needed, and pre-booked us for a late Friday afternoon call. He even worked with our home warranty company (not all companies do that). He arrived during the first part of the committed service window and quickly installed the parts and cleaned the system. We are back up and running and couldn't be happier. If you have any HVAC issues, I would highly recommend Favret and specifically ask for Charles.

We have used Favret for a number of years now. We settled on Favret after being impressed with one of their technicians (Charles). He has a wealth of knowledge that comes from experience. An expensive misdiagnosis is something we don't worry about any more. Competence and honesty are the qualities that keep us as satisfied customers.

Anthony, the representative who serviced our equipment, is OUTSTANDING. The whole family, including cat and dog, appreciate him, his work ethic, and how quickly and quietly he gets the job done. With servicemen like Anthony, customers can't go wrong using FAVERT. We bought our furnace and air conditioner from FAVERT over 20 years ago; and because of the quality of the staff, they are still working very well.
