He was thorough, polite, conscientious, and he reviewed with me what he had checked in my AC. He cleaned the outside unit better than anybody has: It looks almost like the day of install, some 20+ years ago! Excellent experience!

Charlie has been our heating and cooling guy for many years! He helped us after our old Williamson furnace died! The air conditioner also wasn’t working properly due to its age. He helped us get new heating and cooling devices and worked with a team of Favret technicians. Thanks Charlie for always being there for us!

They did a terrific job. Yesterday, our furnace was being serviced as part of Favret's preventive maintenance contract when the serviceman advised that he found the heat exchanger was broken and, as a result, CO2 was getting free into the vents, exposing us to a very dangerous condition.We could not use the furnace. Patrick Favret came to the house and helped us decide we could do. The new furnace was installed today. We can't thank Dean and Matt enough. They are Favret's new furnace installers and were able to install the new and reasonably priced furnace. They were here at 8:30 a.m. and got the furnace in by 3:00 p.m. They did an excellent job of removing the old furnace, installing and explaining the operation of the new furnace. As cold as it is and is going to be I hate to think would could have happened without them being on the job.

I’ve kept a Favret maintenance plan for nearly 20 years through 3 moves. The technicians are always excellent. They don’t try to sell anything. Just good reliable service that keeps my furnace and AC running smoothly.
