I highly recommend! Quick service and extremely knowledgeable. Joe Owens worked on our air conditioning. He explained everything, showed me what the issue was so that I could understand it and was extremely professional and friendly. He made sure all was working and was genuinely concerned with our satisfaction.

Thanks to Joe we didn't get swindled into buying a new HVAC by another company. He came out, was on time, incredibly professional and kind and fixed the problem in a timely manner. They were reasonably priced and we will be using them for all our future needs.

Joe was professional and knowledgeable about our Lennox heat pump unit that wasn’t heating our condo properly. He found and fixed two problems very effectively and provided a thorough explanation of the issue.

I had a bad experience with another company in the city with a minor repair that tuned into a 10,000 sales job. Of course I didn't buy it. I was told about Ohio Heating. Not only did they do the repair, they fixed a problem by this other company who wired my furnace incorrectly, assured me of any future service needs, and I never felt pressured by the well qualified service technician. Now the best part, the other guys charged me $700 to replace a $130 part, and Ohio Heating was a fraction of the cost. Very, very reasonable charge I was more than willing to pay. Thank you Ohio Heating for putting fears to rest, I have already told my friends, and will continue to sing the praise of Ohio Heating.

I made an appointment for a morning service of my residential boiler. Jackie told me to expect the technician between 8:30 and 9:30am. No problem, small window. I called them at 11 am and was told that the guy didn't have my correct phone number. He could have checked the number with the office, or the office could have called me to give me an update. She wanted to know if I still wanted service that day. Since this is my day off I said yes. At 2:10pm still no call and no show. What an inconsiderate waste of my time. Poor customer service! I would have expected a call to say "sorry about the mix up, I'll be there around 2." But, nothing. I cancelled the appointment and made a new one with another company. I'll be bookmarking this company to not make the mistake of calling them again.

I contacted Ohio Heating to give me a quote on some major repair and installation needed for the new home I recently purchased.

They were very fair priced and went above and beyond to get everything exactly as I wished. Their care for detail was something I was very impressed with, and they finished the job faster than the time frame scheduled. they did not miss out on one detail from beginning to the end.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

I moved into a new home last summer. In the fall I knew it would be a good idea to get the furnace checked/serviced. I called Ohio Heating & Refrigeration, and got an appointment the next day. The technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and explained what exactly he did. It's because of their quality of service, that I will use Ohio Heating & Refrigeration as my go to heating and cooling company.
