I felt like Brandon was very respectful of my home and time. He explained things throughly and walked me through what he had found. I appreciate their service and would recommend them to others. I also appreciated the ladies who handled scheduling and dispatch, they were patient and informative.

Eddie and Chris were great. Both were super informative and professional. They even asked our preferred pronouns, which is a huge plus. Very LGBTQ friendly! Thank you. We can’t wait to work with you again in the future.

I had a great experience with True North! They came out to resolve a leaky toilet and sink and we’re prompt and professional. Customer service called me to tell me when the plumber would be there. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. I plan to use then again for my next plumbing issue.

This was my first experience with True North. The tech was very nice and even got a long with my dog. He was able to trouble shoot my air conditioner problem and set up an appointment in order to fix it. Dustin was very easy to talk to and explained everything well. I would recommend this company. I have had experienced other companies in the past that were not as thorough as Dustin is. Thank you for helping me.

Our AC went out unexpectedly and we couldn’t get in touch with our old AC repair folks, but True North came out the next day. Dustin investigated the issue until he figured out what was going on and a couple hours later, we had AC! From start to finish, everyone at True North was kind, communicative, and professional. I would definitely recommend True North.

Wow! I had the most amazing experience with True North specifically Matthew. When True North had to reschedule, they graciously provided me with a discount. Matthew was incredibly skilled! I bought light fixtures from Potterybarn that were used in their store for incredibly cheap. The light fixtures came as is with missing pieces, etc. Matthew was able to identify the problem right off the bat and creatively suggest a few solutions. He was even going to drive to Home Depot in an attempt to “create” his own light fixture part that was missing! He was extremely friendly and helpful. What a worker! I highly recommend True North! I will be using them again for sure!

They did a great job checking and double checking everything. They also explained to me exactly what the issue was and why I'm detail so I completely understood. Fantastic! Would def recommend

Justin is great service tech. Very knowledgeable and personable. Came out same day I called and got A/C working on very hot day. A Godsend!
I don’t get this kind of service from the vast majority of companies/service providers I use for common repairs.

We had a major water damage event Tuesday which affected our electrical panel boxes. KMA was able to get someone out same day and Todd was AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional- everything you want your electrician to be. He answered several questions for us and explained everything in detail. We really appreciated his help and experience. He & his partner (Michael) showed up when promised the next day & worked until about 10pm to ensure they were able to get power back on to the house including our heat. I can’t explain how thankful I am and how GREAT the work was. We’ve had KMA do several jobs/home improvement projects for us over the past few years and are always happy with their work. Knowing they’re there in case of emergency & for very large jobs too gives me peace of mind knowing my family is safe and we have a reliable company we can trust. Highly recommend!! Thank you Todd! We are really thankful for all you have done for us this week! New Update: Company has updated name to TrueNorth but still provides stellar service! They reached out to perform a warranty check up (everything was still perfect & it gave me additional reassurance that my family and home is safe!) and also we’re able to install a new light fixture I’d purchased. Great job as always, reasonable pricing and high quality work! Awesome company!!
