We just had a new HVAC system (heat pump and air handler) installed by Garrison and Braden. The two were very professional, personable, respectful of the property, got here in a timely matter for such a big job, and cleaned up after themselves! Very pleased thus far with their install. Great job guys! Keep up the exceptional customer service!

Tim Vines repaired both of our outdoor faucets and a sink in our washroom in the basement. He was very kind and professional. The quality of the work done was excellently and we highly recommend Tru-North for all of your electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs.

UPDATE 6.20.2023 - TRU-NORTH DOES IT AGAIN!

Brandon Conrad came out on 6.20.2023 to perform the annual inspection of our AC unit. Brandon was very friendly, prompt and professional! I was eager to see what’s all involved inside an AC unit. Brandon graciously allowed me to watch him step by step while providing me with detailed explanations as to what he was working on, etc. After a few minutes I had to go back inside to attend a virtual meeting for my job while he finished up outside. There were some dry glass clippings that got blown onto the outer portions of the AC unit that were kind of tangled and would take a long time remove by hand. Brandon voluntarily cleaned it out for us by hosing it down without us even asking! This is the type of service you expect from any company that you give your business to. Sadly that doesn’t always happen. However, you are pretty much guaranteed to get this kind of service from Tru-North! My wife and I are extremely happy customers of nearly two years (and counting). We’ve also had the pleasure or working with Casey at the main office who helps set up appointments, dispatch, etc, several times over the past couple of years. She is wonderful to work with as well. Had a outlet that burned and needed replaced. I called this company as opposed to replacing myself just to make sure nothing major was wrong. They said cause was a space heater overloading the group of outlets on same breaker. They recommended changing the one that burnt out and 2 other outlets that had discoloration. To replace 3 outlets and 45 minutes work they charged 400+ dollars. What a rip off. This is a 30 dollar maximum equipment charge to buy outlet and cover at Lowe’s. So basically labor is 400 dollars per hour. Don’t recommend this company.

I called around 7 am and by 9:30 am Austin arrived and checked out the clogged drain issue. He told me what was wrong and gave estimates on fixes. Within 2 hours the plumbing lines were running well. Thank you for your help! I will definitely use them again.

Jonathan is extremely courteous and professional. He gave me several options suited to what needed to be done. He had all the necessary parts when he returned to do the job the next day and finished it the same day. Unbeknownst to us there were some very hot wires that were a fire hazard and he took care of those too. Thank God for him and True North H,C & E.

Needed an irrigation system added to my HVAC. Brandon was the technician. Service was very professional and timely with excellent communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

The technician, Brad, was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He got our unit working again and gave us information about purchasing a new heating and cooling system. There was no hard sale, just useful information.

Kaleb, the individual who came and did the work, was very friendly and kind. He did his work in a timely fashion and showed me what he did afterwards. He was great. I liked Kaleb’s work. TrueNorth is someone who will do everything right and do it with professionalism and kindness.
