As I’ve stated before, CJS has consistently shown a high level of professional, clean, and courteous service. Andrew was able to come out on an emergency call and get my AC up and running again in quick order even though it required spending a significant portion of his time crouched in a hot attic. He was professional and nice from start to finish. Highly recommend CJS for excellent service.
Why we are faithful, 20 yr+ customers: trustworthy, stand by their work and their customers, attentiveness, quality work and service! In this environment, it is amazing to see a company value these concepts! We had an issue which was thoroughly and expeditiously resolved! The matter was discussed with several company people and within a day, we were satisfied with the results! Looking forward to many more years of being CJS customers!
I use to work here. It was way too stressful. My hair started falling out. The company is very cliquish. The owner doesn’t care about what goes on in the work place, he states he likes to stay out of it. I felt invisible and not heard. There was a lot passive aggressive bullying (Lauren Orr). Management was horrible and people would steal promotions from you. I was promised hours, promises were not fulfilled. Management would call you after hours harassing you (Cyndi). I was told to work Sundays by Lauren and but not allowed to take a lunch break. I was promised certain hours because I was full time student and they gave them to someone else. It’s not family oriented, it’s money oriented. I was unjustly let go, they said it was for the pandemic but when I applied for unemployment they said it wasn’t pandemic related. Their HR, is a liar (Theresa) They will lie to you don’t not do business with them or work for them.
Matt was in time. He diagnosed the issue with our AC and did job fixing it . In addition, he cleaned the coil and checked the unit carefully before leaving. I am very satisfied with the job and I recommend CJS
Chad arrived right when he said that he would in his text. He got to work fixing all that was wrong, then he checked the whole whole system and gave me an estimate for the replacement parts. He was very pleasant and thoughtful. He ordered my parts before he left the driveway! Thanks Chad and CJS HEATING AND AIR! Viki Hyslop
First of all: join the club. The $20 or so a month is a good investment. We had our A/C go out suddenly and not every company has weekend hours. CJS was there when we needed them. (I found a few other places willing to cine out but they were the first scheduled so I canceled the rest)
The technician quickly found the problem and had a replacement part on the truck. I think the entire visit was about an hour.
This is a company that not only cares about it's employees but also takes customer service seriously.
Matt went above and beyond servicing my 3 year old system, adding some additional safeguards, and making it actually better than it was new. The system shines, inside and out, and is running at peak performance. Matt was super informative and couldn't be nicer to work with. A+ !
Jacob was great. He was very friendly and explained each issue my system had, then offered different priced levels of solutions for those issues. We found a solution in my price range and set up the installation. I'm very happy so far.
I have used CJS for about 30 years now and I can't say enough good things about their service and their people. Today, Alexia was here - it is so good to see a female in this field. AND she is a treasure. Efficient, thorough and very kind. I have always been comfortable with the CJS service techs. They have the best.
