I have a boiler system and the tech wasn’t able to work on the brand that I had he was a very nice and respectful person and I would’ve love being able to work with him I just hate that I paid service fee and not actually be service I mean told that he wasn’t able to work on it but overall he was very very nice and respectful and wish he could’ve been able to help me I appreciate him and the company
Overall I had a great experience. Wasn’t expecting such high prices but they seem to really back their product and had everything installed and running in no time. I remember the initial agreement said they would clean up after the job was done however I found cut wires and a piece of metal in the grass where my dogs run not to mention all the mud in the basement, steps, and outside walkway that I cleaned up. Other than that I’m happy with the product and the experience.
Unfortunately, I wrote the technician's name down when he was here on Monday, but cannot locate the paper today (RATS)!! Nevertheless, I do know he was in the Marines and we talked about the military. As for the service he provided, I found it to be excellent!! He was very knowledgeable about my unit and provided me with, "things I need to be on the look out for..." while not trying to get me to sign-up for additional coverage, or pay for something I didn't need. Overall, great job--great experience!! Thank you Sir!!
We had an AC system put in our house 2 years ago. I have opted to pay for the Yes Club. The technician came out and did his thing. He was very polite. However, why did he have to drill a hole in our shroud????? When they checked the AC last year, they didn’t have to. And the the hole was covered with electrical tape which was coming off the next morning. This is not acceptable. If there was a reason for him drilling into the shroud then fix the hole properly.
Problem #2. We needed filters for our unit, which isn’t cheap. So what do we get an opened package someone returned. Grant you they weren’t used but I am paying a premium price for these filters.
I had a not so great experience with the technician that came out first, however I called and let them know and they sent out two gentleman one of which was Chad. Him and his partner did an outstanding job! They were so professional and explained everything to me and had my water heater back up and running within two hours ! I will definitely be referring anyone who needs work done to CJS and Highly recommend asking for Chad :)
Tech was great. Blower was out. She was going to order an over $800 CJS priced board since board wasn't in stock and had to replace board to see if blower was bad, she would order Monday.
After she left I hard wired blower to test, and we had air again. I canceled repair and bought an upgraded replacement board for $160. Heat and A/C work.
I have been a customer of CJS for several years and have always had good service. Today I met Karl Blatz and to say he was all that and 100% more in not only doing his job, but answering all my questions in full detail speaks for itself. I would give him an A+ for all his efforts today.
Winter heat system checkup. Technician did an in-depth evaluation of my heating system. Both the heat pump and furnace checked out fine. Lance brought to my attention some special offers, haven’t committed until I do some research. Thankfully no hard sell. :-) Very satisfied with Lance’s ' work and skill level. I highly recommend CJS for your heating and air conditioning needs..
Shawn was amazing! Explained everything very well! Didn't pressure us into getting things we didn't need or want. We got everything we asked for and needed. Everyone that's was here went above and beyond, even coming in on days off and bringing extra people to get us heat quickly. I am very pleased with my experience with this company. Very happy with our new furnace and air conditioning units!!! Will use this company for all future needs. Thank you CJS for the wonderful experience and service you provided!!! Highly recommend!!!
