CJS Heating and Air

Called CJS repair and Kyle came out and fixed our heater. We are from Florida and do not have a clue about gas heaters. He explained in detail what needed done and took the time to explain our system to us! Would highly recommend. Called at 11:30 am and they got to us by 3 pm! Thank you Kyle for your great service.

I called the facility at 12:20am Sunday June 4 to report the attic unit AC drip pan was full and overflowing it had also damaged the ceiling below. They took all my information in a timely fashion, and said I would get a phone call in the morning and they would be out Monday to fix the problem. As promised arrived on Monday and fixed the problem. The same day I received a call from the Patch Boys who do all water damage repair for CJS Heating and Air. They will be out this week to fix the ceiling.

Anthony did an outstanding job was knowledgeable, polite, very understanding of the situation and made the repairs. Everything was done at no cost as it is under Warrenty. I was telling him about my whole house exhaust fan how it wasn’t working correctly he then told told me what might be the problem and how to fix it. He should get to spin the reward wheel at work several times.

Kyle, Dominic and Jimmy were so fantastic! Kyle was great in helping me to decide on a new furnace. Dominic and Jimmy came to install it the next day. I just can’t say enough good things about all three of these employees! They all have a great repore with people, or at least me. I love your company because of the people you have working for you!

My service rep Jacob Langhorne was very efficient in checking out my HVAC system. I have been very satisfied with CJS for both equipment and service.

Ryan came and checked my furnace and thourally explained what the problem was. He couldn't have been nicer.
Shawn came to explain my choices and was very thourah and completely knows his stuff. I enjoyed working with both of them!

Installed an all new HVAC system with professionalism, courtesy and extreme attention to detail through my numerous questions. Can't say enough great things about my technician and the company. They would go to any length to sustain the comfort of my home. Can't put into words how valuable that was to me.

Ricky did a thorough job with the heat and AC system check. He answered my questions and gave me some tips to keep everything running smoothly. I feel like he really took his time checking everything, and he made sure I understood the monitoring and maintenance of the systems.

I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything!! Very poor customer service. Our installation was a nightmare to say the least!! It took FIVE techs to come out to rectify the problems. I do want to say our 5th tech Ryan Sagraves is the only one that knew what he was doing and fixed the issues.
No one has reached out to us to even apologize! They want your money and then they are done with you. I wouldn't even give them one star to be honest.
